Hello and welcome to The Wilder Brook Apartment @ The Devonian.

Our spacious & modern self-contained one bedroom loft style apartment has a king-size en-suit (large) bedroom.

There is also a separate bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen diner, spacious lounge & board games snug.

 The apartment has its own self-contained gas fired central heating and hot water system.

​

The apartment occupies the entire top floor of The Devonian Guest House, so please be aware of all the noises and ad hoc spaces associated with a loft style apartment. The apartment is accessed through the main property door although the apartment does have its own private entrance.

Please also consider when booking that the apartment is on the top floor of our imposing 3 floored home and will require the climbing of 3 staircases. We also do not charge a cleaning deposit so please leave the apartment clean & tidy

when you check out.

We have parking for 6 cars on site and further unrestricted parking on the quiet road outside.

 

All the facilities at The Devonian are available for your use and enjoyment. Please remember that these facilities are shared with the guest house residents and are subject to availability & charge.
