Road from M5 motorway J27 (30.0 miles)
From the M5 motorway junction 27 follow the A361 to Barnstaple (approx 40 min) and then follow signs for A361 to Ilfracombe. Pass through Braunton on A361 until you enter Ilfracombe (approx 20 min). At the first set of traffic lights turn left. Turn left at the next set of traffic lights and immediately turn left into Torrs Park (directly opposite the 'Tunnels Beaches' entrance). We are 200 metres up Torrs Park on the left. Parking is available for 6 cars and there is additional free parking on the quiet road outside the property.

Road from M5 J27 (alternative route) (30.0 miles)
(Note - OK if traffic heavy) From the M5 motorway junction 27 follow A361 towards Barnstaple. After South Molton (approx 20 min) turn right at roundabout on A399 to Ilfracombe. Go through Combe Martin and Ilfracombe High Street (approx 35 min). Turn right at traffic lights. Cross the next set of traffic lights and immediately turn left into Torrs Park (directly opposite the 'Tunnels Beaches' entrance). We are 200 metres up Torrs Park on the left.

Train from London (180.0 miles)
Trains run from London Paddington station. Our nearest railway station is Barnstaple. You will change trains at Exeter to get to Barnstaple. You can take a bus from Barnstaple to Ilfracombe. www.nationalrail.co.uk for train times and fares.

Sat Nav warning (40.0 miles)
Please beware of your satnav instructions. If it is taking you off at any other junction please be aware that the route will probably be longer and slower. Many satnavs take you off the M5 and route you over Exmoor which has stunning inland and ocean views, but unfortunately this may take you longer. Via Barnstaple is the most direct route. and then enter our post code from there.

From London Victoria coach station and Heathrow Airport there are direct services to Ilfracombe. Alternatively a more frequent service runs to Barnstaple where you can pick up a local bus (runs every 10 minutes). www.nationalexpress.com for timetables and fares.
