The Devonian is sadly not suitable for your little ones under the age 18, (Adult Only) and
due to the age and position of the building we regrettably cannot offer disabled facilities.

If you wish to check-in any earlier, subject to availability, there is a £20.00 early check-in fee payable on arrival. Sorry we cannot accommodate late Check-Outs, which is 10am!

Car Parking is free and is subject to availability. Our car park can be challenging for some. We do not guarantee parking, however there is free, unrestricted parking outside our home on the road. No responsibility is taken for loss or damage to or from any vehicle.

This large suite consists of a king-size bedroom, a snug with table games, books, DVDs and a TV lounge. It is located on the sunny rear elevation of the building, on the 3rd floor, and is built into the roof eaves. A unique and characterful space.
