Check-in from 4.00pm until 8.00pm
Check-out from 8.00am until 10.00am
No Smoking inside the house or within the grounds, this includes vaping devices.
Sorry we are unable to accommodate pets.
The Devonian is not suitable for children. We are Adult Only that's over 18's.
The Devonian is a tranquil & peaceful environment. Loud noise and poor behaviour will not be tolerated, nor any disruptive behaviour of any kind and guests will be asked to leave immediately. There will be no reimbursement of our room, apartment or other costs.
The Devonian is a Quiet House from 9pm till 7am
We do not allow alcohol to be consumed in bedrooms.
We do not allow meals, take aways or food to be consumed in bedrooms.
Any damage to our home, gardens or belongings will be charged directly to the individual. Lost keys will be charged at £30.00 per key.
Car Parking is free and is subject to availability. Our car park can be challenging for some. We do not guarantee parking, however there is free, unrestricted parking outside our home on the road. No responsibility is taken for loss or damage to or from any vehicle.
Alcohol is served & sold at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse. Alcohol purchased from outside may not be consumed on the premises, except within the Wilder Brook Apartment. We will not tolerate drunken or disrespectful behaviour at The Devonian.
Drugs. We have a zero tolerance on recreational drug use of any kind. Our duty of care to our guests and enforcement of the law means any disregard of this policy will be reported to the police.
We whole heartedly reserve the right to call the police for any knowingly malicious or law-breaking activity.
Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained within our website, that of 3rd parties and any supporting literature, we cannot accept any responsibility for any errors or omissions and reserve the right to vary, amend or cancel any information featured in our website, that of 3rd parties and any supporting literature should we find such alterations necessary. We cannot be held responsible for events outside of our control and therefore are not able to change, amend, cancel or rearrange accommodation or events as a result of such events

Booking & Cancellation
Please note that reservations made using on-line travel agents, i.e. Booking.com, Expedia etc. are subject to their own terms and conditions which may differ from ours below and these supersede ours in all cases. Please note them carefully.
In all cases travel insurance is strongly recommended for any unforeseen events & circumstances.
BOOKING DIRECT WITH US OUR CANCELLATION CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS:.
If the booking is cancelled within 7 days (including day of arrival) the full booking amount will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled within 14 days (including day of arrival) the only or first night of the booking will be fully charged.
If the booking is cancelled before 14 days (including day of arrival) there will be no charge.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction after arrival date, the full cost of the booking will be charged.
